What Are You Doing NYE?

What are YOU doing NYE? I am fortunate enough to spend the evening with my wonderful friends in San Francisco. Would be better with ALL of my besties and my family, but you know, I can't have my cake and eat it too. At least, not yet. ;) Please enjoy the musical stylings of Zooey Deschanel and Joseph Gordon Levitt (yeah, the 3rd Rock kid!). Pretty rad, and I must say...makes me want to get some karaoke (please think Ross from Friends when you read that word) on tomorrow night!!!

HAPPY NEW YEARS EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!

What A Scrooge, Jimmy Kimmel!

I absolutely love how we can exploit our children for our own personal pleasure. I can't lie to you, these brought tears to my eyes...while I was rolling all over the floor laughing hysterically.

I Present To You...Alfalfa!

Union Square Menorah...

This is how we do Hanukkah in San Francisco. Menorah ice blocks and kids who like licking ice. I get so close to seeing a re-creation of the kid who licks the pole in A Christmas Story, but it never happens...It never happens.   :(

Happy Hanukkah, San Francisco!!

Another Sad Goodbye...

Two years ago she left us suddenly, and I still can't forget her sweet, sweet smile. Today he followed her home. Joe Donnelly, thank you for being a part of my life. You brought a smile to my face whenever I saw you.  I will never forget you.

W.W.L.O.A.D.?

Seriously, DamnYouAutoCorrect cracks me up every time. In honor of the holidays, and one of my favorite past times, I ask of you this: What Would Little Orphan Annie Do if she saw this post?

Have I Ever Told You...

That I have the cutest niece and nephew on the face of the planet? (blood related, that is.) I was fortunate to spend Thanksgiving with these two, and I am so grateful that their parents allowed me hug and kiss and tickle the cuteness out of them. Tyler is so in love with his little sister, it makes my heart skip a beat. I look forward to the day they love my children with the same enthusiasm. (Although that will be a LONG LONG LONG time from now!)

Because I Am Thankful...Belated!

30. Tea and Honey :)
28. Love. LOVE!
27. Fun and games with friends on a Funday Sunday, IN MY PANTS!
